academics, Mo's Place offers discounted rates to those who apply:
A 20% discount is available to artists,
writers, muscians etc needing a quiet corner to work on a creative project. Please submit a description of the project
and a brief resume.
Mo's Place also offers a discount rate to students and teachers who can document
their attendence at a local school and can commit to a minimum semester-long stay. Rates for 2012-2013 academic year
are $700.00/month, inclusive of all utilities. First and last month + $250 deposit required. Rate is based on
single occupancy. Should a maximum of two request joint accomodation, this can be considered, but the monthly rate would
be $725/month.
