About Mo

Mo's Place is open all year.  Artists, writers, and travelors are welcomed for visits of several days, a week or two, or longer.  Students or teachers needing housing for the academic year from September through May are also welcome to apply for this extended stay.  

The second-floor apartment has a large bedroom, a small den, a bath (no tub, shower only), a fully equipped kitchen. and private entrance. Both the bedroom and den are furnished with ample work stations, comfortable seating, wireless connection, and window A/C for the summer months. The bedroom has a queen bed, the den has a twin bed, and a roll-away can be made available too. A pleasant porch overlooks the garden and is available for guests to enjoy.

Although we do not provide meals or an on-site laundry, residents have use of a their own kitchen/dinette and a conveniently located Laundromat minutes away in the village.  Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Rates:

Nov-May     $75/night (2 night minimum),   $350/week, $650/two week minimum, $1000/month

Jun-Oct       $85/night (two night minimum) $450/week, $750/two week minimum, $1200/month
