This vintage home is located in Shelburne
Falls, Massachusetts, a stone's throw from the Deerfield River and a short walk from the charming village, which is
well stocked with the basic amenities, vibrant with the arts, blessed with great restaurants and coffee house, and rightly
touted for its beautiful Bridge of Flowers.

LOCATION: Mo's Place, at 102 Mechanic Street, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370, is 10-15
minutes from Greenfield Community College; 20+ minutes to the Art Insitute in Ashfield or to the Landscape Design school in
Conway; 25 minutes to Turners Falls; 40+ minutes to Amherst and Northampton; 45 minutes to Brattleboro, VT; 2.5 hours to Boston;
3.5 hours to NYC; 1 hour to Bradley Airport. There is very limited bus service in the area, so a car is a necessity
for access to the multitude of schools, galleries, theater and other amenities of the greater area. Otherwise, all the
basic necessities of life are available by foot into the village.
